Bug #443, AbiWord asserts when selecting right align on a line containing tabs

This raises the question, what to do with tabs on right (and centerd) lines. I checked with a well known WP and the bad WordPad in Windows and both treats right and centerd lines like lines from the left but printed on the right or centerd.

This means if a line looks like this leftaligned:

M| T T T |M
M|Hi all my friens |M

It will loke like this right aligned

M| T T T |M
M| Hi all my friens|M

This must not be done like this in AbiWord, but two things must be solved.

1) MSWord documents that looks like this in MSWord, should look like this in AbiWord even if AbiWord deals with it different.
2) How should it look? As seen in the current code, right and center align uses the tabs from the left. This makes right aligned not realy on the right and sometimes asserting, since it cant find a tab inside right margin.
