Subject: patch -- LaTeX exporter, and new --to command line option

This patch upgrade the LaTeX exporter.
To made all my LaTeX exporter tests, I've added a new command line:
--to FILE_FORMAT
You can now type:
abiword *.abw --to html
and abiword will convert all your .abw files in to html files (and, of
course, --to latex will convert in to latex files, etc...)
I think that it's a useful option, so I've included it in the patch.
P.S.: The option is included only in the GNOME build. If I've a bit of
free time, tomorrow I'll make work the option in the gtk build (it's
trivial).
