Committed updates to signal handlers on Unix.

1) No more global variable. Thanks Bruce.
2) POSIX compliance. Thanks Matthew.
3) We now handle SIGSEGV, SIGILL, SIGQUIT and SIGBUS
We don't handle SIGABRT, since that would interfere with us calling it
ourselves. I figure if people call 'kill -6' on AbiWord, they probably
aren't concerned about saving the document.

If only people answered my page numbering questions as quickly. :-)
