Hi
this patch inserts a help menu, changes and hopefully improves the openURL
function. Hope it works. The path of the help documents is composed by
including the xx-XX string into the path, but the documentation doesn't
exist for most languages yet so the browser won't find the documents and
we should fall back to en-US as a default.
This checking isn't done yet because I couldn't find a XP way to check if
a file exists. Can anyone help me?
