Due to some hard work by Owen Stenseth, AbiSource is now hosting a snapshot
of all translations, where they are incomplete, and which language has the
longest string to aid in dialog design.

This file is fairly large, as it hold A LOT of information. This file will
be updated daily, and I will provide some links to it from various places
on the web site.
This should make life easier for a lot of people.
