Yes, it should not require much more in the file format than <svg
xmls:svg="http://www.w3.org/TD/1999/SVG"> (I think) ... </svg>
I'll look into this.

I was just looking at what this would involve, and the major problem (for
me at least) is finding a copy of expat 1.0 to diff with our version
(since we likely changed less than he did). On www.jclark.com he only has
expat 1.1 If anyone has the source to expat 1.0, I would be very
appreciative.
