I'm pretty sure that the lack of a block is not what is causing 773. For
example, a 1 byte .txt file does not crash AbiWord, and a 0 byte .abw does
not crash abiword. In fact, the problem reported in 773 requires a
specific combination of missing tags.
Thanks for fixing 651 though.
