I wrote an email a while back detailing how I think it should be
implemented. It draws heavily from Keith's work, but includes a few
substantial changes.
I am planning to write that, but I don't have adequate free-time at the
moment. A few of my major projects should be wrapped up by early to mid
June, and I'll begin working on it then. If someone else wanted to start
on it before then, that would be fine with me, as then I can work on image
conversion and Word import/export in June, instead.
