Here is a complete patch for windows and unix to fix the "only one cursor"
problem curtesy of hj and Mike Nordell.

Apply the patch in the directory above "abi".

However this patch semi-breaks the gnome build in that the gnome version
of the build has no cursor at all.

So here is a thorny question. Should we commit this code now and put
pressure on a gnome coder to fix the gnome build or should we hold off
in the hope that someone will step forward to fix the gnome build?

I have a real interest in getting this code into the tree since it
provides a nice platform to build the modeless dialog framework.

So I vote to commit this code.

Hmm maybe a windows user should test this and make sure bug 274 is also
fixed after applying this.I have nice fast access and updated my cvs
directory before making this patch but I could have slipped up.
