Well, this bug went into the tree a week ago, but I've negelected to
mention it before now (I've been busy). However, it is just too annoying
(and generally bad) to ignore. Whenever you delete a blank line with text
on the previous line, AbiWord asserts and then segfaults. To verify, try
the following steps:

open abiword
press space, enter, backspace
- ->
segfault

The segfaulting code is the new linked list methods created by Mike in
fp_Run. They are being called from code (also by Mike) in fl_BlockLayout.
I haven't spent as much time as I should finding the actual segfault, but
I hope someone can (or I will, in a few days).
