Agreed here. This is *extremely* well done. Doing this really
demonstrates how much Martin has committed (sorry) recently.

At the risk of committing him to things, I think that this is exactly the
sort of thing that Mike will enable when he get the cursor-as-object done.
All that it would need (AFAIK) would be for FV_View, when it gets focus,
to do something like this

        m_cursor->hasFocus(true);

And then Cursor would blink iff m_hasFocus == true.

Greatly simplified I know, but I think that's that basic idea. (right
