HI Daniel,
         I'm very happy you're volenteering to do this. I think that you
are right and that it won't be too hard. Feel free to ask questions. After
you get A4 support in the page setup dialog, we of course would like to
able to change the margins of the page as well. In addition I'd like to
add Landscape mode after you've got the basic dialog going.

I think the dialog should have a scaled preview of the page with grey
areas showing the margins. It is possible to do the preview drawing
entirely in xp. Look at the Lists and Colmuns dialog for how this is done.

Anyway, feel free to ask questions. We will help. I think that most of the
backend work has already been done by Mike Nordell in fp_Page.cpp class.
You have to connect that to your dialog.
