It's a possibility, but it sounds like all keyboard shortcuts would be
two or three "keystrokes" (keyboard "chords"?). I've sometimes thought
it would be nice to allow more than two keystroke shortcuts, but then
allow one, two, or three (or more?) keystrokes in a shortcut.
