Work originally done by Dave Nay with some finishing touches done by myself.
Doesn't support any extensions such as TealDoc yet, but it probably will
someday soon. We can import what we export (and TealDoc can import what we
export), so this is at least a good start. I need to see how we do on
importing something with TealDoc extensions.
