Do read the second post, too, because I was way too grumpy about Normal view
in the first one. It is a useful feature that belongs in AbiWord as soon as
we can figure out how to make it Just Work.
I'd love to see work resume on this, but I suspect that the refactoring
issues run deeper than it first appears.
