Open eBook (OEB - <http://www.openebook.org/>) is the
"standard" for text-based ebook content for reading with tools like
Microsoft's Reader product - as opposed to more graphical content
with PDF. OEB is a hybrid of HTML and XML, though it shouldn't be
too hard to write an exporter for it using the "generic XML" exporter
work that Dom did.
