I will be transferring *all* footnotes in the UI and feature matrix to BugZilla
the next couple of days. I have one question regarding this.

Most footnotes are really short, e.g. "Gnome dialogs duplicate too much GTK
code." Are bug reports like these useful? Are there already bug reports filed
for issues like this?

Also, some footnotes don't mention any specific bug reports, e.g. "Rulers have a
number of problems at boundary cases. (See bugzilla for details)". I'll *try* to
find the relevant bug(s), but I might miss some.
