Subject: repeatable header foot pagenum crasher on win32

create a new document
create a head with some text in it and a footer with some text in it.
hit return until you have created a second page.
put the cursor inside the header on the second page
choose insert page number and click ok
crash
this was repeatable on windows 2000 using the
2001-09-21 build from http://www.niksbiks.dk/Abi/
i tried a few different variations and this is pretty much the only way i
could get it to crash.
ill get back to this later in the week and file it in bugzilla
i dont know how to use the visual C++ debugger but it is available, so if
someone told me what to do i could probably provide more useful
information.
Error Message
The instruction at "0x0046eb95" referenced memory at "0x00000084". The
memory could not be "read".
....
And by the way, if you already have Abiword installed, the Nullsoft
installer will let you overwrite it without any warning. This is probalby
less than ideal.
