Building Plug-ins

    I'm trying to build the plug-ins for Abi, so that I can, perhaps,
    document them as well.

    I get the following output from ./configure:

    abicommand: okay
    aiksaurus: Aiksaurus.h not found - unable to build aiksaurus plugin
    link-grammar: disabled by default
    AbiGdkPixbuf: okay
    magick: Magick++ >= 5.4.0 not found - unable to build magick plugin
    svg: this plugin is non-functional and is disabled by default
    bz2abw: okay
    html: libxml2 >= 2.4.9 not found - unable to build html plugin
    OpenWriter: can't find zipios++ header(s) - unable to build OpenWriter
    plugin

    Aiksaurus: Why don't I have a header file?

    magick/html/OpenWriter: Which packages do I need to install to get the
    missing files?
