Commit (HEAD): intelligent redrawing for image dragging

    This should remove (almost) all flickering when dragging images along
    the view. The only time it flickers here is when an image is dragged
    over another image, since I can't redraw only a part of an image (yet).

    Note that this will only redraw the view 100% correct when plam fixes
    the VerticalContainer::draw() method.
