    Documentation update from Cal. Basically, it:

    1) s/hyml/html/g in the info files
    2) s/en-GB/en-US/g in the abiword source files
    3) removes "dead" information, such as documentation on styles that we
    no longer have
    4) Updates the changelog some

    Cal has also auto-generated the html files, and it looks pretty sweet to
    me.

    I really don't mean to tread on anyone's toes here. #1 && #2 really
    needed to get done.
