Show bullet points in xft builds.

This has been bothering me for a while. This basically does a remap
glyph from adobe encoding to unicode for Symbol fonts. I think a similar
trick will get us Dingbats in xft.

There is still a problem with typing with Standard Symbol fonts but I
think that can be fixed too.

I haven't checked printing yet.
