    lot's of silly stuff in here, including

    - fix gtk2 warning in Insert Table Dialog
    - fix bug 3339 for real now
    - Beginnings of the Format Table dialog. PLEASE DO *NOT* look at this
    code, do NOT use it, and do NOT port it to other platforms... I'm
    working on it and I hate merge errors! Also, it WILL crash! I'm just
    committing it so our Master Dom can have a look at it and hopefully fix
    a bug I can't seem to fix...
    - nl-NL updates
    - possibly more... I just did a cvs commit in ./abi :)

    PS. Dom: the error occurs when you select a border color in the Format
    Table dialog and hit the "Apply" button. The result (CRASHED) file, IS
    correct though and abi can even open it with the changes in it, so I'm
    puzzled. The error occurs in fv_View.cpp, line 5175: _generalUpdate();
