    HI Omer,
            Will you be building in unix or windows? You do different things
    depending on what you want to do.

    Regarding STABLE vs HEAD.

    STABLE: is the code base we worked on up to version 1.0.1. It doesn't have
    the new advanced features like, tables, revision marks, document
    properties etc.

    It just get bug fixes.

    HEAD: Is the code base we're working on that will give us version 2.0 of
    abiword and all the cool new stuff like tables, proper font system for
    unix, pango etc.

    I urge you to work on this version.
