All code patches not done by Martin or myself, from
now->2.0 must go to the list and get permission for
checkin.

Exceptions:
1) Translated strings
2) Documentation

Patches should be in 'cvs diff -u' form, gzipped and
attached to the body of your email.

Apologies if this causes any inconvenience.

Reminder: Saturday, September 6 at 12PM US EST is when
the tree is CLOSED for 2.0. Update your translations,
document our new features, and squash your most hated
bugs ASAP.
