As far as I'm concerned, it could be any moment now. I have no patches
left that should be incorporated in 2.0.2.
Maybe hub has something left, but I doubt it. Tomorrow @ 24:00 CET seems
to be a nice time for me, so we can build packages during the weekend.
Hub has the final call though.

The KJD build, including the plugins, that make up our official release _is_ an VC++ build.
