Finally fixed the Font-Preview-Is-Grayed-Out-On-First-Exposure bug by
disabling the gtk double buffering on the font drawing area.

Even works on GTK2.2, but there the font is not updated when scrolling
over the available fonts... damned
We-Are-API-And-Abi-Backwards-Compatible-But-Not-Quite.
