ap_Toolbar_ActionSet.cpp: added AV_CHG_MOTION to all
formatting buttons (since they need to reflect the state of text at ins.
point)

ap_Win32Frame.cpp/h, ap_Win32FrameImpl.cpp/h: fixed a nasty
bug in the _bindToolbars() mechanism; incidentaly ap_Win32Frame
and ap_Win32FrameImpl are rather messed up -- stuff that should
be in the implementation is in the frame.

fl_BlockLayout.cpp, fp_TextRun.h/cpp: bidi fixes

fv_View.cpp: added missing _fixInsetionPointCoords() to
setBlockFmt

ie_imp_MSWord_97.cpp: attempt at some bidi fixes.
