UT_Language changes

    Just noted the renaming of the UT_Language member functions; for one,
    the old names made sense in the context of AW terminology, the new
    names do not, but perhaps more importantly, I thought there were not
    supposed to be any cosmetic chagnes of this kind before the 2.0
    release.
