'Determine glyph shapes from context' is gone completely. I was going
to remove the 'Hebrew glyph shaping' option from the GUI leaving it as
tweak-your-prefs-file only, but having mentioned it on the list, I have
had an email from someone urging me to leave it in the GUI and on
reflection I will for now. I am, however planing to make this into a
document property rather than an application option, and when this is
done, the checkbox will go where ever the 'Default to RTL' checkbox
will be.
