Sync with auto* in that we make a binary called AbiWord-2.0, and dont
make both dynamic and static.
Also updated packaging stuff.

I wouldnt be overly surprised if something is still broken (or appears
to be but is actually intentional). If you find such a situation, lemme
know about it and I'll be glad to help.
