problem: cannot compile libiconv

    I have updated the libiconv library from CVS and without touching my
    configuration I get:

    localcharset.c
    localcharset.c(27) : fatal error C1083: Cannot open include file: 'localcharset.
    h': No such file or directory
    make[7]: *** [/cygdrive/c/abi/abi/src/WIN32_1.3.10_i386_OBJ/obj/libiconv/localch
    ;---------------------------------------------

    Any idea? I use win32+vc 6.0
