I have been working on more elaborate, clear build documentation for
building AbiWord (and plugins and installers) on Win32 using
MSYS/MinGW. My preliminary work is available at
http://www.abisource.com/~rp , and it should cover pretty much every
step of the way. Please let me know if you find any innaccuracies with
it - it worked for me and is more or less the steps taken by me for the
2.3.4 build and later, and derived from the steps taken for 2.2.x.
