Help! ABI-MATH compile fail...

HI Luca,
         For various reasons, I decided to update GtkMathView to it's CVS
HEAD.

You been very busy! It looked like like a large fraction of the files have
changed since October last year.

However while GtkMathView now builds fine, I get the following compile
fail in the ABI-MATH build....

Could you please fix ABI-MATH? I'll commit a fix to ispell manager to get
the rest of ABI-MATH to build.

I'm in the final phases of testing the new plugin framework so we can move
GtkMathView into a plugin and math support into CVS HEAD....
