Hi Martin,

i'm wondering if you are planning to add the menu item to the tools menu
like the other plugins hook in.

For such a deeply integrated plugin i'd humbly argue that "Insert" ->
"Equation" would be more appropriate. Maybe "Format" -> "Equation" would
be required as well?
