First itteration of release notes for 2.4

Hi everyone,
            Here is the first draft of the new features in AbiWord-2.4

Please add features I've mixed. We'll try to put together a change log
listing all that everyone has done for 2.4

Main Features in AbiWord-2.4

     1. On-the-fly Grammar Checking via link-grammar (unix only). We
        mark suspect sentences near where the grammar is incorrect.
     2. Maths plugin (unix only). Display MathML with GtkMathView and
        create mathematical formula's with a Latex syntax with itex2MML.
     3. Tightly wrapped images.
     4. Tables can be placed at the start of sections.
     5. Port to Nokia Maemo embedded platform.
     6. Improved visual drag and drop and images.
     7. Improved visual drag and drop of text.
     8. Embedding of GNOME-Office charts (unix only).
     9. GNOME-Office charts can be copied from Gnumeric and pasted into
        AbiWord (unix only).
    10. Much improved handling of Chinese and other East Asian
        Languages.
    11. Much improved Revision Marks and Document History functionality.
    12. Much improved import filters for MS Word, RTF, Open Document,
        Word Perfect and XHTML.
    13. Much improved export filters for RTF, Open Document, XHTML and
        Word Perfect.
    14. Most stable release ever. (No crash bugs in our bugzilla.)
    15. Hundreds of bug fixes.
