Thanks for looking into these matters. Which font is to be used is
described in an appending of the Word8 file fmt documentation (which you
can get from http://www.aozw65.dsl.pipex.com/generator_wword8.htm). It
seems that the font to be used varies depending on the Unicode
characters, so it might be necessary to split what otherwise would be a
continuous run into several runs using different fonts.
