Pretty sure that at least the normal template already is - I've seen
many copies of it with locales appended, so I'd presume that's
happening. Not sure how automatic or useful it is, never really used a
non en_US locale (just international keyboard) - probably worth some
testing. I'll at least take a peek at any bugs I get on Windows, so
please do file anything that seems off.
