libwv vs libwv2

Hello!

I just couldn't find the answer to this question anywhere - which lib do
I need in order to be able to convert MS Word docs to html - libwv-1.2.1
(i think it's the latest libwv) or libwv2?
they both available on sourceforge but which one do I need?

Also, which version of libwmf do I need in order to be able to also
extract images from MS Word docs?

PS. I think the version of wv included in abiword-2.4.6 source is way
too old - the changelog there only goes up to 0.6 version. Does this
mean I should install the latest libwv first and not use the one
included with abiword source?

P.S. A couple of years ago I tried to use AbiCommand to convert Word
Docs to html it worked satisfactory but not perfect. Back then I was
using 2.4.1 and 2.4.2
I read that there has been many improvements in exporting MS WORD,
WordPerfect and OpenDocument
