May I suggest that you put an include directory along bin/ and lib/ so
that one has everything in place for proper compilation?

include/
include/enchant.h
include/enchant++.h

I can do that for you if you give me svn commit rights. TortoiseSVn
refuses to generate a patch with a new directory.
