That is the patch that I applied. Which parts *exactly* are missing? Also your
name is clearly seen. Large commented out pieces were thrown away as
junk which they were, and obviously could not be patched.
And commit log clearly states 'integrated'. It doesn't state 'thrown
away perfectly working bits' to make patch author happy'.
