Re: Hunspell in Enchant

Feel free to upgrade to the latest version of hunspell. Also feel free
to patch hunspell to use wfopen() or whatever is necessary to handle
unicode file names.

Also, feel free to generate new binaries for the Windows platform. We
never built those to begin with.
