Bah. We have translations in simple text files, not compiled in object code or other binary files. Everyone can take a look, experiment and contribute. Developers also had jumped through the hoops creating conversion to mainstream PO format. There is no excuse for any person not contributing or even attempting to translate except the lack of necessity or interest. So effectively we should keep what we have in shape.
