Feature freeze

Hi,

I thought I remember that we decided we were in feature freeze on the
road to Abiword 3.0

If that's really the case I'm concerned that will still push new feature
like these
  http://bugzilla.abisource.com/show_bug.cgi?id=12862
Even though concerns about them haven't been resolved.

I'm of the opinion that the change should be reverted.
