Can we think that:
 Is it setting top, left, bottom,right separately useful to users?
   1. if not, we can see then the same, just as MS Word, Open Office does
   2. if yes, if users don't toggle any segment off, we display as
'Box Border' , then set all borders.
                  if users toggle left segment off, we display as
'Left Border' , then set left borders.
