Hi Simon,

Thanks very much for this. I agree with merging the gsocdocx2012
branch. Is there any chance we can also get the touch patches from the
sugar guys into 3.0?

These are really cool and will help Write continue to be the Word
Processor of choice for children around the world.

GTK3/introspection and touch UI are key goals in the current Sugar
development cycle and AbiWord's little brother (the Sugar Write
activity) is one of the centerpiece's of the educational tools
