I'd like to end up with a .src.rpm, since the MkLinux world is about to
go through the travails of upgrading to glibc2 -- easier than trying to
maintain *two* RPMs.... But I'll settle for a ppc.rpm for now.
BTW, the incantation that finally did it for me was (as root):
make distribution UNIX_CAN_BUILD_STATIC=0 ABI_BUILD_VERSION=0.7.3 \
ABI_DIST_TARGET=rpm RPM_SOURCE_DIR=/usr/src/redhat
