Wouldn't it be better to convert the WMF to SVG. It's my understanding
that Abi* would be using SVG for the vector graphics. There's already a
WMF->SVG converter available in Java; it should be easy to convert that
into C++.
I think that would make for a more accurate conversion with better
scaling, and so on.
