I have some bug fixes and stuff in the new wv lib, mostly stuff to
get word 6 and 95 to work.

Of most importance is the fact that word95 can actually use 16bit
wide characters, something that I never came across before. Needless
to say in word 8 you can tell if a character is wide or not in advance,
in word 95 that mechanism is not used to I have to fall back to
educated guesses to figure it out. While I havent experienced it yet
im sure that this guess will fall down in at least two conditions,
that of fullsaved files and that of complex files with only one "piece".

I suspect that such files are created with an asian version of word 95, so
if anyone has such a beast could they make me a fullsaved file with just
one or two characters in it, and send it to me. These are the same files
which if you open them up in word 97 it complains of having wide characters
that it cannot convert, which does not bode well for my attempt.

Im trying to catch some of the show stopper bugs that I am encountering at
the moment.
