First and foremost, I'd say to him "Well, AbiWord is X-platform, and as such
you can get it at _one_ 1.39MB (1.44MB if you're a storage manufacturer)
floppy for Windows (.zip compressed, but still)! You won't get a dictionary
or theasaurus (sp?) or ..., but you will get a WP. On one floppy! (IIRC
someone told me the last office package was at three CDs!).

OK. Partially I agree: they _shouldn't_ have to know what RTF is. But, since
they currently have to know the differences between file formats ... It's a
problem.
